MATERO Local Court magistrate, Lewis Mumba was left astonished by a couple’s sexual escapades outside their porous marriage of one year which started crumbling down like a house built on a foundation of sand.
A youthful marriage was formatted on Tuesday after the couple gave testimonies on how they competed to have a podium finish at the ‘Cheaters Olympics’.
This was in divorce matter where Lilian Sindano, 29, an electrician from Matero, sued her 31 year old husband, Aaron Mulenga, who happened to be a shift supervisor at a manufacturing company.
Sindano was no longer feeling the romantic current and wanted her marriage to be switched off to prevent further shock.
She said Mulenga had given her one month notice to leave his house because he had rediscovered the lost spark of love for his ex-wife so that he could return to munda wakudala.
The couple’s matrimonial journey started on March 4 last year as the plaintiff got married to Mulenga, a man reportedly boasting of a ‘heavy’ curriculum vitae when it came to sampling women.
Sindano shared that at just the age of 31, Mulenga had already married 2 times before her and had three baby mama’s with four children.
It was revealed that the only time the couple lived without drama of extra marital affairs was four months into their marriage when Mulenga was jobless.
However, Sindano said when Mulenga found a job, he later changed and warned her not to get pregnant, because his child with his former wife was enough.
“When I fell pregnant, he beat me until I had a miscarriage. He started starving me at home but sending money to his girlfriend,” Sindano said.
“He kept comparing me to his ex-wife and told me that she was serious with life unlike me who is stuck with him.”
The electrical Sindano said due to the mistreatment, she started confiding in her male bestie who later provided power more than the national utility could offer and they got entangled in the current of their love web, and started adult experiments in the bedroom.
The two were involved in romantic relations for three months until Mulenga found out about the adultery.
Following the discovery, Mulenga continued his supervising role outside his work, putting extra hours in shifting his gear lever and started ‘riding’ his married ex- wife until she reached the destination of a protruding stomach.
And now, the ex wife has a two months baby with him while Sindano also has a three months old baby with Mulenga.
But that is just the icing on cake, it was disclosed Mulenga also utilised his power within his sprinkling baby making fluid, and impregnated his workmate, who is also currently having his child as his third baby mama.
It seemed the Manchester United fan (Mulenga) managed to score more live goals than Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford combined.
In his defense, Mulenga acknowledged before the court that both him and his wife were at fault in the marriage as they were both sexually active with other people outside their marriage.
Mulenga also pulled out some skeletons from his wife’s wardrobe, revealing that unlike the one relationship known to many, he caught Sindano had cheating with four different men during the course of their marriage.
“This woman would cheat, she would even manage to have other men while she was pregnant. Even now as we speak, she has another boyfriend that I found out about. I don’t want her anymore. I want the marriage to end,” Mulenga said.
But what suprised the court is that all these things occurred in just a period of one year that the couple stayed together.
“It was a 50/50 situation in your marriage. Both of you don’t listen. There is competition for adultery because as a woman, you cant even be comfortable to confess that you had an intimate relationship with another man while married. It means it is normal for you,” said Magistrate Lewis Mumba.
Magistrate Mumba later divorced the couple with no compensation awarded to either party, while the defendant was ordered to maintain his three months old baby he shared with the plaintiff with K500 monthly, subject to review yearly.
