FASHION Sakala had one of the most beautiful nights on Wednesday, registering one goal, two assists and leading Rangers FC to a 4-1 win against Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership.

Rangers are second in the Premiership table trailing their arch rivals, Celtic with a nine points difference.

25 year old Sakala who is likely to beat his stats from last season, has now scored six goals in 19 matches of the league and seven assists compared to last season where he scored only registered nine goals with three assists in 30 matches.

In the 2022/23 season, the Zambian international striker, wasn’t utilised as much by coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst after Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard left the team.

However, Sakala seems to have rekindled his spark under current club manager Michael Beale who replaced Van Bronckhorst at the Ibrox stadium in December last year.
