PEACE Preachers singer and marriage counselor, Pastor Martha Chishimba has encouraged married women to stick to their husbands even when they cheat on them.
Pastor Martha said even if a husband is a womaniser, wives still have an obligation to submit to them.
She said if society keeps recording divorce cases all the time, the world will have no one to blame but the wives.
Pastor Martha added that women must not worry about their husbands being womanisers but be grateful that he chose them among all the other women to be “the queen” in the house.
“We have a problem You don’t wait for your husband to come and beg you, you don’t wait for your husband to come and say good morning my baby. The Bible says do unto others as you would want them to do unto you. If your husband isn’t romantic, be romantic yourself, in you being romantic your husband will become romantic,” she preached.
“I don’t care about him being a womaniser, I don’t care about him changing women, I don’t care about what they say about my husband, what I care about is that he chose me as the queen. So if I’m a queen in the house then I must greet my king. The Bible says a wise woman builds her house with her hands and a foolish woman tears it down with her hands. Every morning, give it to him hot.”
She explained that as a matron from Lusaka, the Lusaka wives she mentors know that a man deserves respect regardless of his behaviour.
“When you wake up in the morning, say good morning baby, how are you my king? I have taught my women in Lusaka, when you wake up in the morning, you kneel beside your king and kiss him regardless of what he does,” she narrated.
Pastor Martha’s remarks were made during a women’s gathering held in Mumbwa last Sunday.
The Pastor’s video went viral on both Facebook and Tik Tok with some praising her sentiments and others condemning them.
