Embrace, accept size of your male reproduction organ – Dr Mujajati

FROM the streets to the sheets, the topic of the male organ size has been a source of anxiety for most men especially those who worry about their ability to measure up and satisfy their partners during adult gymnastic activities.

With the wide range of natural variations in shape and size, it is not a surprise that the hard to find quest of a ‘perfect’ baby making instrument has captivated the minds of many.

This is why the renowned Dr Aaron Mujajati dismisses penis enlargement techniques, advocating for self acceptance, vigilance and caution.

Dr Mujajati counseled men to remain grounded in the reality that most organ sizes are within the normal range and advised them against seeking out harmful remedies without consulting medical professionals first.

He emphasised the importance of resisting the persuasive tactics of the media and the marketing ploys of products claiming to enhance penis size, urging men to remain discerning consumers and prioritise their health and well-being.

“Remember, what is big enough is highly subjective and variable,” he said.

Dr Mujajati disclosed alleged tips for resolving the timeless predicament of penis enlargement, tackling the sensitive issue from a perspective that not only addresses men’s insecurities, but also promises to enhance their sexual performance and bring satisfaction to their partners.

His revelation centered around four major approaches for penis enlargement including traction devices, vacuum devices, pills and creams and surgery.

He shared that traction devices employ gradual stretching of the penis overtime, with the user applying a weight to the flaccid organ to lengthen it gently.

Dr Mujajati explained that studies on the effectiveness of traction devices have yielded mixed results with some reporting a 1-3cm in length while others question their safety however, it remains a method of uncertain efficacy and safety, with some individuals opting to use them at their own risk.

Offering insight into the working of vacuum devices, Dr Mujajati shed light on their function as a tool for drawing blood into the penis, resulting in temporal swelling and enlargement.

“Commonly employed in the treatment of certain forms of erectile dysfunction, vacuum devices are often endorsed for their capacity to increase penis size but scientific evidence to substantiate these claims remains thin, with limited support for the effectiveness of these devices in achieving lasting growth,” he stated.

He also identified two surgical procedures for penis enlargement which include Suspensory Ligament Release and Fat Injection.

The doctor highlighted that the Suspensory Ligament Release involves surgical severing of the ligament that secures the penis to the pelvic bone, potentially increasing flaccid penis length but also resulting in decreased support during erection.

However, he said the procedure can lead to significant side effects such as distortion and loss of injected volume.

Dr Mujajati further cautioned against relying on pills or creams that claim to work in enlargement, stating that these methods are typically based on unproven herbal remedies and have no scientific background hence, may be harmful.
