THE Zambia Police Service says they are still holding filmmaker David Kazadi who was apprehended on Wednesday afternoon over a viral pornographic video starring diva, Mwaka Halwindi.
According to Police assistant public relations officer Godfrey Chilabi, 33 year old Kazadi of Longacres area has had a warn and caution statement recorded, for allegedly producing obscene material, a crime that falls under Section 177(1)(a) of the Penal Code.
“Brief facts of the matter are that between June 2023 and June 2025, on unknown dates and times within Lusaka District, David Kazadi is alleged to have made and produced an obscene video tending to corrupt morals, which was subsequently circulated on various social media platforms,” said Chilabi in a statement.
“Meanwhile, investigations into the matter are ongoing, and the suspect is currently in custody.”
Kazadi was taken to Kabwata Police Station on Wednesday after a video leaked last Friday, showing catwalk model Mwaka Halwindi offering his groin region a saliva-drenched worship session, aggressively tonguing and slurping Kazadi’s cylinder of desire.
While the director lay motionless like a corpse during embalming, Mwaka took her time showering his fertility gourds with tender squeezes, as though juicing oranges for a detox cleanse.
Over the weekend, the lady distanced herself from the film’s distribution, telling Kalemba that she did not post the video.
And if Kazadi is not bonded out today, he will most likely spend the weekend as well as Heroes and Unity Day holidays in the company of the men and women from Lilayi.
