Constitutional Court judges have refused to disqualify themselves from handling Edgar Lungu’s eligibility case and have also censured him and his lawyers Makebi Zulu advocates for making wild allegations of perceived bias intended to damage their reputation without evidence.
The judges say they will not be intimidated by those who want to dislodge them from presiding over the case to achieve a specific outcome.
