A LUSAKA marriage of over two decades has joined other unions that once blossomed but are now buried six feet under.

This is after a 60 year old woman reportedly brought her 33-year-old boyfriend into their matrimonial bedroom to share her bed, leaving her husband on the cold floor.
The act was believed to be revenge from the woman who was fed up with her husband’s biological drilling machine which allegedly penetrated everything under a skirt.
Agness Mwanga, from Foxdale, reportedly took the drastic measures to discipline her husband, much like a teacher delivering a harsh lesson to an unruly student, after she accused him of tormenting her in their entire 22-years-old marriage.
Following the incident, Mwanga’s 63 year old husband, Charles Ngoma lamented before senior magistrate Lewis Mumba at Matero Local Court that the boyfriend became an active participant in their ‘bedroom Olympic fixture.’
This, however, forced him to retreat to the cold floor for several nights, until he finally walked away from his own home, leaving the bed, the house and his wife to enjoy with her mario in peace.
“One day I came home at 22 hours only to find her naked with the same man. I opened the door quietly; she didn’t even know I was there. I caught them red handed naked and the same man even flashed a torch on my face as if I was an intruder,” Ngoma recounted.
What angered Ngoma the most was that his wife’s garden was being ploughed by a ‘boy’ whose age can be divided into his by two.
“She even took the bed we used to share and gave it to the same man. This woman drinks a lot for my liking, sininabafunapo aba bakazi, she irritates my soul,” he said.
But Mwanga, giving her side of the story, lamented bitterly how her husband had been a womaniser from the very first day of their marriage and how he vowed to buy her a house and make life a heaven on earth once he became a chief kwa Chama, dreams that never materialised.
Additionally, Mwanga revealed that when she married Ngoma, she found herself suddenly thrust into a household with nine children, a burden she said had weighed heavily on her life.
“These children had caused me endless stress, one of them had even gone so far as to stab me with a fork in my mouth and their father is so much in support of this. The man he claims to be my boyfriend, is just a tenant, we just share a landlady-tenant relationship,” she said.
Listening carefully to both sides, magistrate Mumba declared that at the heart of this shattered marriage was Ngoma’s womanising skills as his wandering eyes were never far from another skirt.
“But Mwanga was no saint either, her excessive drinking and reckless behaviour only fueled the flames of discord. Both of you are a problem and you need to act your age,” magistrate Mumba cautioned.
In his final orders, Magistrate Mumba awarded K15,000 in compensation to Mwanga, decreed that the family home remain under the care of the children, and ruled that all household goods be shared equally between the estranged couple.
