Rider goes into hiding after defiling and impregnating 15 year girlfriend

A CHIPATA man of Mtilansembe area, has gone into hiding after defiling and impregnating his 15 year old girlfriend of the same area.

It is reported that Happy Mtonga, a 22 year old motorbike rider, was providing practical Biology lessons on reproduction to the teenager after school.

According to police, he had sexual intercourse with the girl on three different occasions after school hours, and finally he succeeded in adding her on the long list of the districts teenage pregnancy statistics.

Mtonga used used his weapon of mass reproduction on the juvenile between July 2025 and April 4, 2026.

Sources reported that after news arrived of his seed germinating in the young girl’s womb, Mtonga suddenly got busy than the richest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote and finally went quiet.

Eastern Province police commanding officer, Robertson Mweemba said that the matter was then reported to Nabvutika police post by the victim’s mother, yesterday.

” Brief facts of the matter are that the accused proposed love to the victim who did not accept the proposal. Later she accepted and they started a relationship of boyfriend and girlfriend,” he said.

Mweemba said that the accused has been using the phone number of the victim’s friend to communicate to her, before meeting the accused.

He said that in October 2025, the victim missed her monthly day and informed her friend to inform the accused who said he was busy and that he was leaving for Mfuwe district.

Communication eventually broke down completely between the two.

“On April 4, 2026 around 20:00 hours, the victim’s mother discovered that her child’s stomach protruded more than normal and saw a dark line on her stomach with enlarged breasts.

“When she asked her if she did attend her monthly date, the victim said yes but later the mother bought a pregnancy tester which confirmed she was pregnant for the motorbike rider,” Mweemba narrated.

The impregnated girl’s mother informed her younger brother of Kapata area who was later sent to search for the accused, but his search yielded nothing.

Police later issued a medical report form to the teenager and referred her to the hospital for a medical examination.
