President of a fringe one-man party called EFF, Kasonde Mwenda, has been described as an annoying nuisance with no solid basis for the parcels of hot air he has been releasing disguised as political speeches.
In this matter, Mwenda who has been attempting to climb the political ladder on the back of outdated swag that he once served as a union leader of some college in the Copperbelt in the early 2000s, has sued Zesco on unsubstantiated chicken-raped-a-goat rumors that it was violating constitutional rights by allegedly exporting power.
However, in court documents seen by Kalemba, the utility company’s legal team has implicitly explained that Mwenda should grow up and stop pretending to still be a college union leader nearly 20 years after the fact and that the legal suit was ‘frivolous and vexatious’; educated people’s words which means one is an annoying nuisance without basis for his actions.
This legal position is unlikely to affect Mwenda’s juvenile antics of abusing his Iffinix phone to capture videos of himself pretending to intellectualise on matters he half understands.
