THE Copperbelt University (CBU) has lost yet another student who was pursuing Electromechanical Engineering.
Lupupa Mulenga was a third-year student and active member of the Catholic Students Community.
The news of Mulenga’s demise was received with heavy hearts by his fellow students and those who knew him.
It is reported that the deceased passed away after a short illness.
He has been described by his fellow students as a calm, humble and intelligent person who was willing to help with academic work.
“He was humble and hardworking in as far as academic work was concerned. Go well engineer,” wrote one of his colleagues.
“You taught me how to read and understand academic stuff. We established a dream of either CBU or UNZA. We studied hard for the common dream and of course we were the best in our intake. We accomplished the dream points and we both chose to come to CBU. This is too heavy for me brother,” stated one of his close friends Ackim Mutobola.
