IN a world where some married men roam the streets like overgrown teenagers with too much freedom and not enough sense, Life Coach Emmanuel Mukula has had enough and calls for order.

It’s a well known fact that certain husbands behave like they have lost their GPS once work is done.

You know the type that claim they are “just catching up with the boys” when in reality, they are busy reuniting with a pint of lager or score of girls, oblivious to the fact that they have a home to return to.

In a Facebook post, Mukula clearly didn’t mince his words noting that a responsible married man should be home by 20:00 hours.

He noted that the behaviour of a married man should be different from that of a single person.

“Unless otherwise. A married man should be home with his wife and kids by latest 20:00 hours. Noti from work and you get busy roaming the streets and moving from one bar to another like he is a homeless child. Behaviour of men that are married should be different from the unmarried. It’s sad that Umungulu in some married men is even more,”said Mukula.

The public service announcement came with a special shoutout to the 40 year olds still acting like life’s one long bachelor party.

In his eyes, by the time you hit 40, your business should be in order before your beer belly catches up with you.

“In your 40s, it’s time to get serious. If you’re married, prioritise your marriage. Strengthen your partnership through open communication and shared goals. This isn’t the time for drama, focus on building a solid foundation for your family.”

“Get your housing situation sorted out. Aim to own a home instead of renting; it builds equity and provides stability. Consider buying land as an investment, it’s a smart move that can pay off in the long run. Work hard and plan for retirement now. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Invest wisely and set clear financial goals. Your 40s are critical for securing your future; prioritise stability, smart investments, and a solid retirement plan. Get it done,” wrote Mukula.
