NETIZENS were last night forced to camp at ‘child custody seeker’ and musician, Yo Maps’ comment section after the artiste made a controversial remark on his first born, Bukata following comment from one of his followers.

Despite crying for Bukata’s full custody in court documents just a few weeks ago, the singer shocked his followers after he commented that his life continued with or without the very first child he is fighting for in court and claimed to love.
Just weeks ago, Yo Maps whose birth name is Elton Mulenga, had desperately begged the Lusaka Magistrates Court for the full custody of Bukata, accusing his baby mama, Mwizukanji of being allergic to co-parenting and cooperation.
Last night’s drama unveiled when Yo Maps shared a jolly video featuring his second baby, Tendai, jumping and bouncing together.
A few minutes after the video was posted, a not so busy ‘nosy’ follower with a facebook account named Kodak Brak commented, “thinking Bukata will be attracted.”
The comment then caught the male singer’s attention and he replied: “Muntu wandi, here we don’t do things to attract anyone. With or without Bukata, life continues,” wrote Yo Maps.
This response from people’s international artiste angered a lot of followers on his page who resorted to roasting him like fresh maize from Chipata during the Ncwala Ceremony.
Most commenters begged the artiste to consider how 10 year old Bukata might feel reading such replies from her father one day.
“Yo Maps Yo this response wasn’t necessary. She’s your blood and not just any other person,” wrote Kapesa Nonde.
“He was not supposed to answer. Could at least show maturity,” said Grace.
Wane Phiri commented,“Yo Maps Yo, continue, let her be with the mother, simple.”
Lydia Mulaiso expressed shock at the father’s response. “The response mwe Lesa.”
“Yo Maps Yo this response to your blood sure, instead of just avoiding the comment, iyo kuti wapapa,” another follower remarked.
Elita Chikwanda: Yo Maps Yo “with or without Bukata life continues” ? This is ridiculous, I mean, your own daughter, [I] am embarrassed on your behalf because your response was just below par.”
Meanwhile, other followers blamed Yo Maps’ on his village people who want him to separate from his beautiful family: “May you always prioritise peace.”
