Hubby starves wife sexually 2 weeks into marriage, says he wants wife’s twin sister

A SEVENTH Day Adventist (SDA) husband hailing from the capital city of dubious acts (Matero) has found himself in court for being stingy with his instrument of power the same way he is stingy with his mouth when it comes to eating pork.

Dorcas Tebe, 29 took her 40 year old electrician husband Remmy Kapembo to court for load shedding her area of pleasure within two weeks of their marriage.

Tebe said the couple got married in the year the PF were unceremoniously kicked out of power and within two weeks, Kapembo resorted to sleeping fully dressed in bed and developed an attitude of a passport and NRC officer whenever the wife felt like connecting to his power cable.

She lamented that her marriage with the husband of her youth has never been smooth but as bumpy as the Serenje-Mpika road.

Tebe told the Matero Local Court that Kapembo had also stopped her from being an independent woman by making her quit her job to be a housewife.

“We have never been happy in this marriage. Two weeks in our marriage, he started sleeping with clothes, fully dressed. When I asked him why he said he married me because he just needed some company and didn’t really love me,” she stated.

Tebe narrated that when the couple clocked six months in matrimony, Kapembo started complaining that she could not get pregnant despite withholding his reproductive hose pipe to not only moturise but fertilise and cultivate her sweet garden.

“He started complaining that he can’t be with a barren woman and suggested that he sleeps with my twin sister of which I refused. I found him with two kids whom I kept well and it took me time to get pregnant.”

“I suggested that we visit a doctor to ascertain why I could not give birth but my husband refused saying that it looked like I had done a lot of abortions some years back that’s why I couldn’t give birth. I then reported the matter to my parents who advised me to get traditional medicine. On the day we were made the baby I have now, I had to force my husband, he kept refusing until I grabbed him by force,” she narrated.

Tebe stated that after she got pregnant, Kapembo denied the responsibility of a father and accused his wife of being a prostitute and later advising her to terminate the pregnancy.

She said aside keeping her hungry in bed, Kapengo would sometimes demand for the wife to use her sim two when inserting his weapon of mass destruction which she said had caused her more harm.

Tebe narrated that her home had also become a hub of hunger in general as Kapembo stopped buying food, prompting the wife to have chibwabwa daily, the vegetable whose soup is notorious for breaking lumps of nshima into pieces.

“He has destroyed my sim two such that I sometimes bleed. I have been nothing but good to him and his two kids whom he fathered with different women. I can’t continue with this marriage, I’m traumatised,” she cried.

Meanwhile, Kapembo told the court that he equally didn’t want to continue with the marriage because of the messages he allegedly found on his wife’s phone.

“I found disturbing messages which I believe we’re between her and the boyfriend even though she denied the allegation saying it was her cousin,” he said.

Magistrate Lewis Mumba dismantled the marriage stating that sleeping while fully dressed in marriage is uncalled for as every spouse has the right to the other’s body.

Magistrate Mumba also ordered Kapembo to be a responsible dad to the child he has by paying maintenance fee per month.
