Chasefui teacher dies suddenly after complaining of stomach pain

A SCIENCE teacher from Lusunta Day Secondary School in Chasefu District has died suddenly while visiting a friend in Lundazi’s Dunda Compound.

Capson Ndhalamini, aged 52, of Kamusosomole Village in Chief Magodi’s area, was found lifeless in a house he was temporarily staying in, just days after he left his home in Lusunta to visit his friend.

According to the police report, his friend, Mathews Maseko, 35, told police that the late teacher had earlier complained of stomach pains but did not think it would lead to anything serious.

After a drinking session on August 2, 2025, the deceased left for home around 19:30 hours, leaving behind his friend Maseko.

When Maseko returned home about two hours later, around 21:30 hours, he found his roommate unresponsive and lifeless in their room.

Panicked, he alerted other family members and they rushed Ndhalamini to Lundazi District Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Eastern Police commanding officer Robertson Mweemba confirmed the incident saying that officers inspected the body and found there were no visible injuries.

The body has since been deposited in the mortuary awaiting a postmortem to determine the exact cause of death…https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1MC2U3mCNE/
