SINCE yesterday around 17:00 hours, this police armoured vehicle from Luwingu district has been stuck in the mud in a village in Lupososhi district in Northern Province.
It was heading to Kalaba area to beef up security in the on-going campaigns for the Katilye ward by-election in Lupososhi constituency.
As a matter of fact, it rained in Lupososhi yesterday.
Villagers offered to help to push the burly machine out of the mud, but to no avail, this far.
Voting in Katilye ward is scheduled for this Thursday, April 20.
