And Oriental Quarries boxing promoter Christopher Malunga revealed the names of the boxers that will be ready to disfigure each other’s faces for the ultimate prize of glory in the ring on April 6 next month at Government Complex, Lusaka.
Zambian boxer, Gideon Matanda will knuckle it out against DR Congo’s Patrick Kaongo for the four round super welterweight.
Ignitous Mutale, will face off Zimbabwean, Shungu Kupani in a 6 rounds Featherweight while Catherine Mulyata will go against Raisa Tshof of Congo DRC in a 6 round Welterweight.
In an 8 round battle for the Lightweight title, Zambia’s Remmie Simbeye will fight Great Chimukwapulo of Malawi and Benard Mwango of Zambia vs Tatenda Biningu of Zimbabwe for the Super Featherweight in an 8 Rounds fight.
Zimbabwean Clever Sithole will go against Malawian, Simeon Tchetha in an Super Middleweight struggle.
The seventh International bout will be between Albert Mwelwa and Branden Denis of Zimbabwe in a Welterweight fight.
Furthermore, Ali Kabeya, DRC will face Charles Misanjo, Malawi for the Super Middleweight bout.
Meanwhile, Zambia’s Gracious Simwalizi will fight Hassan Milanzi of Zimbabwe in a 12 Rounds Super Bantamweight bout.
Zambia’s David Mwale will later clash with James Mugeni of Kenya in a 12 rounds Bantamweight bout.
