Nchanga Rangers parts ways with three players

NATIONAL league side Nchanga Rangers Football club has parted ways with three players including midfielder Kunda Nkandu and strikers Congolese, Billy Balanganayi and Patrick Farahani.

Additionally, three players have been loaned until the end of the 2023/2024 season.

Nkandu and Balanganayi were released as free agents while Farahani’s contract was not renewed.

The Club’s media officer Andrew Ukwimi said through a press release that it was grateful for the trios rendered services.

Ukwimi further announced that there will be new recruits during the January window.

Meanwhile Young talents Ndonji Nkandu and Abel Mulenga from Nchanga’s development side have been promoted, after impressive performances in the Copperbelt FAZ Division One league.

“The enterprising duo from the development side Young Nchanga Rangers has exhibited massive growth with Ndonji netting eight (8) goals in seven (7) games of the Copperbelt FAZ Division One league, to become the leading scorer at the junior team, while his counterpart Abel Mulenga’s brilliance in the middle of the park has been phenomenal,”added Ukwimi.
