HEINEKEN Beverages International has recently introduced its premium sparkling wine brand, Bernini, to the Zambian market.
The brand, renowned for its sophistication and quality, is poised to captivate the palates of Zambian consumers.
On Thursday evening ladies and some gentlemen met in Lusaka to see the birth of Bernini in the country under an environment ambience in Lusaka, ignited by the golden lighting under the dark sky which acted as a canvas.
People made themselves merry while enjoying some electrifying live band music with some notable celebrities here and there who had to witness for themselves the good news that had just arrived in town..
“[Zambia] is an important market for us,” said Sipho Jiyane, Marketing Manager for RTD and Ciders at Heineken Beverages International during the launch.
“This isn’t about us but a celebration of Zambia’s finest women.. we launched in Lusaka a couple weeks ago and we are going to spread our wings throughout the country, this wonderful nation we call home now as Bernini.”
Heineken Beverages International junior Brand manager Elanor Beukes said Bernini was not just a sparkling Spritzer but a premium experience crafted from wine.
“Bernini is more than just a sparkling spritzer; it’s a premium experience crafted from wine. Unlike many competitors who rely on [artificial] flavourings and cheap processes, Bernini elevates wine, creating a product that embodies sophistication, refinement, and a true dedication to quality,” she said.
“This meticulous process sets Bernini apart and makes it the perfect choice for those who value elegance and authenticity.”
The company has introduced a new flavour of Bernini to the Zambian market, Amber, which is expected to further delight consumers.
“We believe in creating brands that resonate with our consumers,” Beukes added. “Bernini celebrates bold, confident women and the moments that define their lives.”
