Youths that missed out on the Zambia Army, Zambia National Service (ZNS), Zambia Air Force (ZAF) or Zambia Police Service recruitment? Well there is no need to climb a network tower in protest, as the Salvation Army is now recruiting without qualifications.

The delayed recruitment in the Defence Forces could just be a sign that you are not meant for boots or military drills, and the cross is your calling.

This Army recruitment is not for combat or water drills, but for Kingdom chat.

The Salvation Army is excited to invite you to the Kingdom Business Chat, a revolutionary forum designed to transform how the Church approaches financial sustainability and growth.

This event will help you move beyond traditional methods of raising capital and embrace bold, innovative strategies for today’s world.

The event has strategic speakers that will help broaden the minds of youths, away from Tick Tok, giving them solutions to real life matters.

Among the speakers include, The Radical Entrepreneur, Dumisani Ncube, Dr. Fidelity Milambo – Regional Risk and Compliance Manager (CRS), expert in financial innovation and strategy, Gilbert Lungu – Business Consultant with proven strategies for modern success and Choongo Chibawe, an Entrepreneur and Business Consultant, offering practical tools for sustainable growth.

Also on the panel will be, Lieutenant Colonel Shawn Critch – Secretary for Business Administration, a seasoned leader in church sustainability initiatives and Cooper Chibomba, Director of Resettlement (Office of the Vice President), specialist in development and strategic planning.

The event is open to all Church Members ready to embrace innovative ways to grow and sustain their church, business Leaders with a vision to create solutions aligned with Kingdom principles and also, anyone seeking inspiration, knowledge, and actionable tools to make an impact.

The event which is a revolutionary movement aimed at offering youths an opportunity to learn from experts, connect with like-minded individuals and develop strategies that will help the Church not just survive but thrive, is scheduled to take place on November 30, from 18:00 hours to 21:00 hours at Urban Hotel in Lusaka.
