MORE than eight million volunteers under the Jehovah’s Witnesses are this month taking part in a global campaign to offer a free interactive Bible education course.

Jehovah’s Witnesses are well known for their door-to-door ministry as well as organising yearly special campaigns to raise awareness of Bible-based solutions which address the concerns of the public.

The free interactive course includes question-and-answer sessions and videos and explains how Scriptures can help improve a person’s life such as by strengthening relationships within the family, at work, and at school.

“We are extremely excited to engage in this global educational campaign,” Jehovah’s Witnesses national spokesperson Isaac Nawa said.

“We look forward to presenting the free Bible-based improvement programme to as many people as possible who yearn to have a close friendship with God.”

According to a press release by the public information department of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, weekly lessons can be as brief as five minutes and can be conducted at an individual’s preferred location – at home, over the phone or videoconferencing.
