A CONGOLESE national in Lusaka’s Kanayama Compound has booked himself a free accomodations behind bars after he was nabbed by police for harassing community members under the guise of being an immigration officer.

Mathews Hope Sobanukaor of Maheba Refugee Camp claimed to be an immigration officer and targeted foreign business owners in Kanyama as a side hustle to cough up some easy cash.

He wore a black T-shirt and cape labeled “Immigration.”
