FORMER president Edgar Lungu has offered to dip into his ‘Kasaka ka ndalama’ to foot the cost of having Raphael Nakacinda’s dreadlocks slashed out.
Nakacinda has readily agreed to his Boss’ offer and has gone in search for a barber who can transform his head from looking like that of late Jamaican Reggae star Peter Tosh to resembling that of slain American rapper Tupac Shakur.
According to Nakacinda, he readily accepted to slash his hair because USA Vice-President Kamala Harris failed to openly adduce her agenda of same sex marriages in Zambia and court judgment that declared Bowman Lusambo and Joe Malanji eligible to contest their Kabushi and Kwacha Constituencies respectively.
“We have WON. Since the status quo remains, we shall remain a GOD fearing nation. Thanks to the Zambian people for putting pressure on the govt not to allow her to talk about it anywhere and for govt for succumbing to public pressure,” Nakacinda told Kalemba in a statement.
