The Edgar Lungu Foundation says it will be presenting annual Edgar Lungu peace and humanitarian awards to Africa’s heroes and heroines on International Day of Peace (September 21).
The inaugural awards will be presented to deserving individuals/institutions on November 11, 2022 in Lusaka.
November 11 is commemorated as the day on which the Second World War ended in 1945.
