DEFLATED Bowman Lusambo A.K.A the bulldozer failed to pitch up at the Anti-Corruption Commission offices this afternoon, 24 hours after rounding up thousands of PF supporters who escorted to failed nomination for the Kabushi Constituency parliamentary by-election.

As they waited in vein, ACC officers ended up depleting all the juice and biscuits they intended to consume as they quizzed former president Edgar Lungu’s number one bootlicker.

The Commission’s public relations manager Timothy Moono later told the media who had been waiting for Lusambo to show up that Lusambo’s lawyer, Makebi Zulu, confirmed that the former MP would not make it because he was out of Lusaka.

However, Moono disclosed that Lusambo will be made available before the ACC on Tuesday next week around 09:00 hours as confirmed by Makebi.

He also said the law enforcement agency was investigating the former Kabushi law Maker on a number of allegations.

Yesterday Lusambo alias ‘bulldozer’ rounded up the green army of PF in Kabushi to file in his nomination as a candidate for the Kabushi parliamentary seat. However, the spirit of August that haunted their party came back to bite him.

The bulldozer went into the polling station in high spirited as every step he made was accompanied by a cheer and applause from a multitude of PF sympathisers but his demeanor changed when coming outside of the pollings station as he was not allowed to file in his nomination because the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) declared him ineligible.

ECZ Amendment act no 2 of 2016 declared him ineligible following the guidelines of article 72 (4) Amendment act number 2 of 2016 in Constitution which does not allow a candidate who caused the vacancy in the national assembly to re-contest in the by election which he or she caused.
