PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has made changes at permanent secretary level with Luapula Province Permanent Secretary Felix Phiri moving to the Ministry of Defence.
President Lungu has also moved Stardy Mwale to Cabinet Office to be in charge of the Remuneration Division in the same capacity.
The President Lungu has further transferred Remuneration Division Permanent Secretary at Cabinet Office Kashell Mwenya to the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure Development in the same capacity.
He has also transferred Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure Development Permanent Secretary Charles Mushota to Luapula Province.
President Lungu has since wished the Permanent Secretaries the best in their new portfolios.
