Minister of Health Sylvia Masebo has announced that the government has lifted COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings, the need for physical distancing and mandatory wearing of face-masks.

“However, those who wish to wear face-masks for health reasons, or indeed other personal reasons, may continue to do so,” said the minister.
