Last week, Kalemba ran an article in which Vinchezo clapped back at parents or the holier than thous of the nation who criticise the artiste’s alcohol content in his music.

The critics argue that his songs could lead to moral decay as it may encourage the youth to engage in alcohol or drug abuse.

In response to the critics, Vinchezo reiterated that he chose to speak the realities of many people in society whose lives solely depend on alcohol due to life’s difficulties.

After we ran the article, Vinchezo added to his point that he was a different type of artiste whom despite being raised by a revered man of God chose to speak out on the real issues of society.

“I’m a different type of artiste, one who writes for change and not afraid, thus why I write my songs differently, I’m not a coward,” he said.

“All you have to do is pay attention to my lyrics, you will get more help thus just the bitter truth.”

Vinchezo also happens to be one artiste who struggled for five years, just trying to make it in the music industry, sharing that he could clean and cook for artistes to get to his current status.

Meanwhile, the artiste revealed that this festive season, he will be charging about K50,000 for shows, weddings and other related events.
