THE Lusaka High Court has directed that Zambian football star Fashion Sakala should concentrate his energies on scoring goals for his Scottish Premiership club Rangers and Chipolopolo Boys instead of spreading naked photos of his former lover.
Jilted Sakala resorted to share photos of his naked lover he had screenshot while the two were having virtual sex session during their relationship in the wake of COVID-19.
Judge Milimo Salasini has has granted Sakala’ lover Linnety Kaoma an ex-party order of interim injunction restraining the Chipolopolo star from invading his lover’s privacy.
“It is hereby ordered and directed that the order for interim injunction being sought by the plaintiff restraining the defendant, whether by himself ,his servants and agents connected to him by whatever means from further invading the plaintiff’s right to privacy, solitude and seclusion by way of publishing or circulating any material reasonably deemed absence offensive, and bearing the likeness of the plaintiff is now and hereby granted,” said judge Salasini.
Sakala has been taken to court by his enstranged lover for sending her nude pictures which he screenshot during their Whatsapp video calls, to her younger sister.
