A POLICE officer and pharmacist believed to habour a ruthless appetite for young girls has been removed from State House.

Inspector Samuel Chilembo who said to have been caught red-handed defiling a 12-year old girl on Saturday evening outside his home in Lusaka’s Sikanze Police Camp will no longer work from anywhere near the premises of Plot One.

According to witness accounts of the Saturday incident, lnspector Chilembo wooed the mnor in a parked car outside his house in Lusaka’s Sikanze Police Camp around 21:00 hours and proceeded to do the unthinkable.

The girl was only rescued from the tramatising experience under the naked body the 38-year old law enforcement agent by curious neighbours who heard screams for help emanating from a vigorously-shaking Toyota Runx.

On being caught, the mob restrained itself from uniting the randy cop with his ancestors via the petrol and matches route but instead marched him to Kabwata Police Station where he was detained and charged with defilement.

The Toyota Rnux that he used as a venue for the sexual assault was also impounded.

Mothers and guardians of young girls in Sikanze Police Camp who accuse Inspector Chilembo of having a long history of being trigger-happy and ruthless towards their children have welcomed his transfer.
