A wind of entrepreneurship quietly brewing in Chililabombwe has escalated into a downpour of capital and empowerment raining on 40 mobile money booth operators as they received over K80,000 as empowerment.
This is all thanks to area member of parliament and Mines minister Paul Kabuswe who stood as a beacon of empowerment for the community.
With a generous spirit, Kabuswe has bestowed upon these operators a substantial sum of K85,000, breathing life into his vision of fostering growth and opportunity.
The empowerment was handed over to the recipients on behalf of the member of parliament, by the UPND leadership led by Chililabombwe Constituency Chairman Rushford Kunda.
Kabuswe’s press aide Kachinga Chinula confirmed the development stating that the empowerment will work as a revolving fund so that the investment will empower a lot of mobile money operators in the district.
Kabuswe’s commitment to realizing President Hakainde Hichilema’s vision echoed through the words of his press aide, Chinula.
The empowerment initiative, confirmed by Chinula, stood as a testament to the MP’s unwavering dedication to leveling the playing field in a district where dreams often met obstacles.
“And Hon. Kabuswe sought to ensure that SMEs and youths weren’t left behind,” said Chinula.
