ZAF commander emphasises essence of sharing as personal connection

Zambia Air Force (ZAF) Commander, Lieutenant General Oscar Nyoni, embraced the spirit of compassion on New Year’s Day by showering love on orphanages in Zambia.

Visiting House of Moses, Our Lady’s Hospice, and Kabwata Orphanage, he emphasized the significance of sharing beyond material possessions.

Lt Gen Nyoni highlighted the power of collective responsibility, urging everyone to make a difference amid global challenges.

“Sharing is not just about giving material possessions, it’s rather about giving a part of our selves to others,” Lt General Nyoni said.

“Whether its sharing our expertise to empower others, lending a listening ear to someone in need or contributing to a cause that aligns with our values.”

Drawing inspiration from President Hakainde Hichilema, General Nyoni encouraged Zambians to follow the leader’s example of humanity, fostering a more equitable society through acts of kindness.
