Minister of Technology anf Science Felix Mutati, Youths and Sports Elvis Nkandu, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Elias Mubanga, Northern Province Leonard Mbawo and Northern Province UPND chairman Victor Sinkala yesterday spent time in Lupososhi district, Northern Province, drumming up support for Ernest Kasakula, the UPND candidate in this Thursday’s Katilye ward by-election in Lupososhi Constituency.
The Katilye ward by-election ward occasioned by the death of PF councillor Sebastian Kaunda in February this year.
