POLICE in Lundazi District of Eastern Province have arrested a male mental patient who beheaded a 67-year-old man on Thursday evening.
Although the circumstances of the murder are not clear, Chaipa Banda of Sandless area reported to Police that his father, Patson Banda had been murdered by one Lilan Mwale.
