LUSAKA residents endure rains as they wait to register as voters at Lusaka City Council Housing and Social Services Management in Kamwala Area this morning.
The Electoral Commission of Zambia has so far registered 4,321,319 voters for the 2021 General election.
Voter registration ends on December 12.
