A 21-YEAR-OLD-man of Mfuwe has been killed and eaten by a lion, police have said.
Police spokesperson Esther Mwaata Katongo said that a Lion had attacked and killed Anthony Chibulu aged 21 of Smart Village, Chief Kakumbi of Mambwe District.
Katongo said the incident happened on Tuesday around 12:00 hours.
“The lion had consumed almost half of the body. The remains are in Kamoto Hospital mortuary,” she said.
Katongo said issue had been reported to the Wild life authorities.
