PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has appointed former ZNBC director general Richard Mwanza as a new high commissioner to Ghana.
The president has also appointed former police commissioner Joyce Kasosa as high commissioner to Kenya.
On Kasosa’s appointment, President Lungu said it was a lesson to others on the good conduct among other qualities that had earned her a position.
Kasosa would replace the late Brenda Muntemba who served Zambia in that mission.
“Your appointment must be a lesson to others. The need for one to conduct himself or herself well cannot be overemphasized if people conduct themselves well. Your good conduct among other traits, has earned you this appointment,” said President Lungu during the sworn ceremony at State House.
Other persons appointed are Chilije Nyirenda as commissioner of police for Luapula province and Pandwe James Lubamba as a chief policy analyst project implementation and monitoring at State House.
