FLASH Bus drivers on Monday morning this week parked their buses at Chilenje Police Station to protest what they termed extortion from PF cadres at bus stops on the Chilenje and Apex routes.

Evans Mwape the chairperson of the Flash Buses said drivers have to pay up to K60 for every trip they made to the call-boys dotted on various spots through out their routes.

But PF national youth chairman Kelvin Sampa disowned the extortionists at the bus stops saying they were members of opposition political parties trying tarnish the image of the ruling party.

The bus drivers, escorted by police took Sampa around their routes and four call-boys were arrested during the tour.
