AS we grapple with the effects of climate change, there is a call for better nurturing of our environment.
Some are making frantic efforts to reverse the disastrous scenario by planting more trees and using eco-friendly products such as bio degradable plastics but others have no care at all.
This is Makishi Road in Lusaka which once had a beautiful scenery of trees that provided not only fresh air but also shade to pedestrians as well as helped with balance of nature.

Today the trees are a sorry sight and leave very little to no impression.
We want good roads for free flow of traffic into/out of town but we NEED these trees for our environment to support us another day.
Trees during photosynthesis take in carbon dioxide which is generally a hot gas and gives out oxygen and this helps cool down temperature in areas with trees.

After I initially commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment. Is there a means you are able to remove me from that service? Thank you!
