LIKE the popular adage in the county sates, “the day that your luck runs out, even the coldest of meals will burn you,” international scammers have received their reward.
21 Chinese scammers and one Cameroonian who were nabbed by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) two months ago have been jailed seven years by the Lusaka magistrates court while their boss who masterminded the crime has been jailed 11 years.
