A DRIVER of Lusaka has landed himself in troubled waters of the law after he was discovered to be illegally driving his 32-year manhood in his daughter aged nine.
Chongo Mwaba, of Lusaka’s Mandevu Compund is now charged with incest before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court.
According to court documents, Mwaba had sex with his young daughter Between August 6, 2022 and August 12, 2022.
Mwaba committed the unthinkable act of robbing his own daughter’s sexual innocence while her mother was admitted to hospital.
As his wife lay sick on the hospital bed, Mwaba was home with the couple’s two children who were under the care of their aunt.
It is alleged that during one night, Mwaba sneaked into his daughter’s sleeping quarters which she shared with her brother and shifted her to his matrimonial bed and unashamedly had sex with her.
When the girl cried from the pain her father was inflicting on her during the ordeal, he threatened to beat her up.
For sleeping with her, Mwaba promised to buy his daughter anything she wanted if she kept the secret of his incestuous activities.
Unsatisfied for that night, Mwaba went on to sexually abuse his daughter for three more nights until elderly women in thebneighbourhood noticed her usual walking step had been distorted.
Upon being queried, the young girl opened up and revealed that her father had turned her into his wife while her mother was admitted to hospital.
The matter was later reported to the police by the child’s aunt which led to Mwaba’s apprehension.
