Man cries that wife bewitched his machine gun

LOVE making is believed to be a cure for the cold in the winter by many and also a way to fill the earth. However, a man of Lusaka lost the ability pull the trigger of his rifle after a passionate encounter with his wife as it’s favourite posture was that of an avocado hanging from a tree despite of any enticement.
Robby Phiri, 48, of of Kabangwe area in the outskirts of Lusaka narrated before the Lusaka Boma local court that his machine gun had an erectile disfunction and could not hit the bulls eye after a heated intimate encounter with his wife who came back from a three day outing with tattoos (Ndembo) around her waist.
This is in a case where Phiri’s wife Evelyn Ngaligane, 46, filed for divorce and wanted their 30-year-old marriage to be permanently deleted.
Phiri told the court that his union with Ngaligane had no issues until she changed her religion from Islam to Christianity and started attending one of these ‘go deeper papa’s churches.
He revealed that his wife traveled to Mumbwa on pretext of attending a friend’s funeral but to his shock Ngaligane came with marks around her waist.
“When I asked her why she did that, she answered me that it was her body [and that] she can do [to it] as she pleased,” Phiri said.
Phiri begged to to have his wife stay as he is currently sick and needed the care of his wife.
However, Ngaligane was hell bent on removing Phiri’s surname as she dismissed her husband’s plea stating he was a very violent man who beat her brutally.
She disclosed that as if coming from a lineage of Catherine and Esther, Phiri beat her blue black till her leg gained volume.
“As you see me right now my entire leg is swollen because he beat me up last week Wednesday. If it was not for the neighbors to stop him, he would have killed me,” Ngaligane disclosed.
She said a sick man could not beat his wife the way he did.
Ngaligane added that the reason she got tattoos was to preserve the lives of her children as she had given birth to three still borns despite her having five children for Phiri.
Upon hearing the sides of the couple Senior Local Court Magistrate George Kaoma adjourned the matter to Tuesday 19th of July 2022 for the couple to reflect on their decision.
