A 17-YEAR-OLD side chick of Ndola’s Chipulukusu Township has been granted a whooping 1095 days and nights to enjoy with a man whose wife has been sent to jail for assault.
Jacqueline Nanyinza, 27 along with her 28-year-old friend Catherine Mpamba were yesterday sentenced to two and half years simple imprisonment for assaulting Natasha Bwalya aged 17 whom they accused of having an affair with Jacqueline’s husband, David.
Natasha’s bonanza arises from events of a rainy January evening when David Nanyinza returned home from a drinking spree and dossed off with loud snores on the family sofa with a half-empty bottle of big Black Label on the floor.
However, for the wife Jacqueline, her husband’s snoring and reckless slumber only happened whenever all his sexual energies were exhausted and she wondered in curiosity as to who had worked her husband to such exhaustion.
With David deep in dreamland, Jacqueline unzipped David to search for evidence but found no residue of mischief.
Not satisfied, Jacqueline turned David over exposing his right pocket from which she obtained her husband’s blue Tecno Pop 2 smartphone which to her disbelief had no password lock.
Jacqueline combed through the phone’s WhatsApp charts until she landed on a conversation between her husband and a Natasha.
Like a true detective, Jacqueline listened to the voice notes between her husband.
Natasha in the said notes could be heard several times asking David “for a favour” of a few kwacha’s.
But perhaps what was more damning where three voice notes with one sent a mere one hour ago in which Natasha asked David next time to ‘go easy on it’ next time.
Armed with this evidence, Jacqueline could not wait for the night to give way to day and by 05:00 hours she went to the salon where she worked to share her problems with her workmate Mpamba.
At the salon, she narrated to Catherine , how some little Natasha was doing the unthinkable to her husband to the extent of him sleeping and snoring like a steam engine.
At the horror of this news, the two ladies abandoned sweeping of their salon throwing brooms and mops to the side as they raced to locate Natasha before she could have another session with David.
Natasha, tired from last evenings bout with David was found still sleeping in an outside room at her parents’ yard.
With Jacqueline hiding in the nearby bushes, Catherine knocked on Natasha’s door and when she emerged, Catherine told Natasha that she had just received cheap wigs which was she lending out and she knew just the right one to give Natasha.
At the sound of that Natasha wasted no time but yawned her painful body from her room off to Catherine’s salon.
With Natasha waylaid to the salon, the two women captured her and took her to Mpamba’s house where they confronted her with evidence of her voice notes.
The women then took turns to slap the spirit of fornication out of Natasha.
Embarrassed and in pain, Natasha blistered at high speed out of Catherine’s house and reported to the police that the two women had not only slapped her but also inserted a metal rode in her private tools of pleasure provision.
Police proceeded to arrest the two women and charged them with sexual assault for allegedly disfiguring Natasha’s assets and assault for slapping her.
However, in passing judgement, Ndola Principal Magistrate Obbister Musukwa said that the prosecution had failed to prove that the two women inserted anything into Natasha’s private parts.
However, for slapping Natasha, Jacqueline and her partner in crime have been sentenced to two and half years in prison.
With the duo now out of the picture, Natasha was seen smiling her way out of court sure that David was now her’s to keep for
over two years.
