A 54-YEAR-OLD man whose intention was to defile an 11-year-old girl but ended up masturbating on her has been convicted for indecent assault by the Chipata Magistrates Court.
According to #Fyambe Media, Nathan Banda has been convicted for indecent assault of a minor has since been committed to the High Court for sentencing.
Banda, a resident of Asilot compound was arrested July last and charged with indecent assault after the court established that because no penetration was done on the minor.
His semen was however found on the minor’s private part which proved that his intentions were not good at all.
